These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Crewster's workforce management application and website (the "Service"), operated by Crewster LLC ("Crewster," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Crewster provides tools for scheduling shifts, tracking employee work hours, exporting payroll data, team messaging, and related workforce features for small businesses. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to create a business account. When you sign up as a business owner, you are responsible for your account, for the accuracy of the information you provide, and for the activity of the employees you invite. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

You retain ownership of the data you enter into the Service, such as employee information, schedules, and hours. You are responsible for the accuracy of that data and for using it in compliance with applicable employment, wage, and privacy laws. Crewster is a tool to help you manage your workforce; you are solely responsible for your own payroll, wage, tax, and employment law compliance. Hours, pay estimates, and exports provided by the Service are for your convenience and should be reviewed by you before use.
When a business uses Crewster, the business (the account owner) controls its team's data and settings. If you are an employee, you understand that your employer administers your account and can view work-related information such as your schedule, hours, and pay information. Crewster is not the employer of any user and is not a party to the employment relationship.
We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service, and we may perform maintenance that temporarily limits availability.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Crewster does not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or that data, calculations, or exports will be error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crewster will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crewster's total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to Crewster in the twelve months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crewster from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your data, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law, including employment and wage laws.
You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or fail to pay applicable fees. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, though certain provisions (such as disclaimers and limitations of liability) survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
